Day 1: Transfer from Musanze to Burera &Ruhondo Lakes

The trip begins from Musanze town early morning on the first day organized with your expert guide escort. The twin lakes are Ruhondo and Burera which are situated in Northern Province very nearby to Virunga chains.  They are referred to as identical lakes as they are interrelated at a point where one lake transfers water into the other. A boat trip can be reserved along the water of the lakes of Burera and Ruhondo for exploration. Together of the lakes are reachable by only a 25 minute drive from Musanze City. Staying at Virunga Homestay,Muhabura hotel or Lake Ruhondo Camp.

Day 2: Transfer back to Musanze

Nowadays you will awaken up with beautiful morning of the Volcanoes chain which will offer chances for unlimited photographs conditional on the climate and you will eyesight five of the volcanoes summits. Afterwards your lunch, you jump the riding voyage with a pause at one of the largest swamp lands in Rwanda called Urugezi rwa Nyirantwari.
